2025 Facebook Growth Hacks No One Is Talking About (Yet)

Facebook might not be the latest trend, but guess what? In 2025, it’s still a go-to place for building your brand, getting traffic, and growing your audience. If you're sticking to last year's methods, though, you're lagging behind.

I’m sharing some new Facebook growth tips that are working right now under the radar. You probably haven’t heard about these yet, but people who are trying them out are already getting good results.

Let's jump into the strategies that make a real difference.

Timing Your Posts Is Key (But Think Small)

Forget the old advice about posting at specific times like 9 AM. Facebook's system now likes quick moments of high activity when your audience reacts the most.

One of my clients, a wellness coach, used to get about 200–300 views per post. After she switched to posting between 8:15–8:30 PM on Sundays, her views jumped to over 1,200 with the same content. That's a 4x increase.

Here’s a quick tip:

  • Use tools such as Metricool, Buffer, or Facebook Insights to watch for when your page gets the most activity.

  • Set your posts to go out about 5 minutes before these peak times.

Here are sometimes to test:

  • During weekdays: you can try in between 7:45–8:00 AM (while people are commuting)

  • During weekends: 8:15–8:30 PM (when people are winding down)

Videos: Grab Attention Fast

Most people on Facebook scroll with the sound off. So, grab their interest in the first three seconds, or they’re gone.

Here’s what I learned:

  • I tried two versions of a video ad. One started with someone talking, and the other used text and emojis right away. The one with text and emojis got way more views and engagement.

How you can do it

  • Add text, emojis, or something unexpected at the beginning of your videos.

  • Tools like CapCut and Canva Video can help.

Examples:

  • Most people don't know this 👇.

  • Wait until you check this out 👀.

Get More Comments with Simple Prompts

Facebook wants real interactions and how can we get that? Ask questions that make people think too hard. They’re easy and work well with the algorithm.

Try these prompts:

  • Tag someone who needs this.

  • First word that comes to mind?

  • Drop a ❤️ if this is true for you.

Get a Boost with Initial Likes

Let's be honest, a post with only a few likes doesn’t look very good. A post with hundreds of likes? That makes people stop and pay attention. Some people use services like FBPostLikes to get a few initial likes, comments, and shares. These services help users to get the boost that your post requires to get the audience.

How to do it

  • Use it for important stuff like product launches or great reviews.

  • Start with good content and add some initial reactions. It’s about getting things moving, not faking it.

Mix It Up: Carousels, Polls, and Videos

If you only post one type of content, you’re missing out. The algorithm likes variety.

Here’s how it worked for someone:

A travel blogger posted a carousel on Monday, a poll on Wednesday, and a video on Friday, all about the same trip.

Big win: Reach went up a lot.

Try this:

  • Day 1: Post a carousel (Top 5 tools I use for X)

  • Day 2: Run a poll (Which tool would you try?)

  • Day 3: Share a video about the carousel content

It's about using your content in different ways, not just repeating it.

Wake Up Followers with Story Polls

Lots of people don’t use Stories, but they should. Facebook shows Stories to followers who haven’t seen your posts in a while, and polls work even better.

Example:

A beauty brand posted, which do you prefer, “matte or gloss”?

Result: Story views, replies, and sales.

How to do it:

  • Post a poll in Stories every couple of days.

  • Keep it simple and fun.

  • Hot or iced?

  • Work from home or office.

  • Add gifs and stickers.

Final Thoughts-What Matters in 2025?

Facebook is competitive, but you can still stand out with a smart approach.

What’s important:

  • Post at the right times

  • Have videos that grab attention

  • Use simple comment prompts

  • Check FBPostLikes services strategically

  • Create different types of content

  • Use Groups and Stories to build trust

Final Tip:

You can pick a couple of these tips and try them for a week. Check out what happens to your reach and engagement. Once you find something that works for you, keep doing it.
